Bahia Serena Apart-Hotel is situated right in front of Roquetas de Mar beach in the province of Almeria. Almeria International Airport is 30 kilometres from Roquetas de Mar.
The Development Itself
The development will have fifty new purpose built apartments in the grounds of the hotel and will eventually combine the existing apart-hotel properties after conversion and complete reform to finally consist of approximately 265 properties. At present the existing hotel has 223 one and two bedroom apartments, furnished and ready for their use as a four star hotel. It is planned to convert this hotel to an exclusive development for persons of generally 55 years and over. This amazing development will eventually consist of approximately 50 new 1 and 2 bedroom apartments together with some 200 existing reformed 1 and 2 bedroom apartments. This is a truly unique and remarkable retirement haven for those who prefer to be right on the sea front. All the apartments will have either a front or side view to the sea. Ground floor apartments will have small private gardens.
